URA launches tender for the residential with 1st storey commercial site at Riviere Condo
Jiak Kim Street open for sale by public tender
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tenders for the sites at Jiak Kim Street and Fourth Avenue to FCL Residences Pte. Ltd. and Allgreen Properties Limited respectively. The companies submitted the highest bids in the tenders for both sites.
The sites at Jiak Kim Street and Fourth Avenue were launched on 19 October 2017 and 2 November 2017 respectively. The tenders for both sites closed on 5 December 2017. The land parcels were offered for sale on 99-year lease terms.
